Controller

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Controller to join our team in Saukville, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing our accounting functions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting audits. You will also play a crucial role in our budget processes and month-end close procedures.

• Oversee and manage all accounting functions within the organization
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial compliance and accuracy
• Participate in budget processes, assisting in forecasting and variance analysis
• Utilize accounting software systems such as QuickBooks for efficient financial management
• Oversee month-end close procedures, including the preparation of journal entries and reports
• Monitor monthly accruals to ensure financial accuracy
• Use Genius and Hyperion systems to manage and analyze financial data. • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller role or similar capacity
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proven skills in Auditing procedures and practices
• Solid knowledge of Budget Processes and planning
• Expertise in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
• Ability to handle Month End Close processes efficiently
• Experience in preparing Month-end Journal Entries is necessary
• Capability to generate accurate Month-end Reports
• Familiarity with Monthly Accruals and related procedures
