We are offering a contract for a permanent position in Bridgewater, New Jersey, for a Datacenter Technician. This role falls within the IT industry and involves significant hands-on work in a data center environment, handling servers, network equipment, and other critical infrastructure.

As a Datacenter Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining system performance, troubleshooting issues, and adhering to operational protocols to ensure optimal uptime.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, network devices, and storage systems.
  • Conduct hardware diagnostics, repairing or replacing faulty components as necessary.

  • Provide regular updates on system health, performance, and incidents.
  • Document procedures, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
  • Proficiency in Android Development is required.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is essential.
  • Knowledge of Citrix Technologies is necessary.
  • Experience with Dell Technologies is a must.
  • Ability to manage and maintain Active Directory is crucial.
