Senior Accountant

We are looking for a talented individual to fill the role of a Sr. Accountant in Denver, Colorado. The primary function of this position is to manage full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, month-end close, and reconciliations.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for financial reporting and will need proficiency in Excel.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and enter journal entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct month-end closing procedures and reconciliations.
- Prepare and present financial reports as required.
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and report generation.
- Leverage accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP to streamline accounting processes.
- Perform account reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and update the General Ledger as necessary.
- Adhere to all accounting principles and standards to ensure compliance.
- Respond to and resolve any issues related to the accounting function. • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Senior Accountant
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations is required
- Demonstrated ability to manage General Ledger and Journal Entries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
- Experience in Month End Close processes is necessary
- Familiarity with NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP software is required
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required
- Professional certification such as CPA is a plus
- Must have the legal right to work in the hiring country.
