Accounts Receivable Clerk

This role is crucial to ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various software tools, including Oracle 12 and QuickBooks, to process customer credit applications efficiently
• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions based on account status
• Handle customer inquiries related to their credit applications and accounts
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications and account statuses
• Ensure reconciliation of accounts receivable on a regular basis
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting purposes
• Employ your skills in cash applications and commercial collections to ensure financial order and efficiency
• Manage receivables for key clients efficiently
• Adhere to the industry standards and regulations while performing all tasks
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure all processes are completed in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, Oracle, and SAP software
• Experience in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Knowledge of Billing procedures and Cash Applications
• Familiarity with Cash Collections and Commercial Collections
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
