We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator in Livermore, California. This role revolves around the provision of administrative support to our human resources department within the manufacturing industry.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in new employee onboarding, training facilitation, report generation, and maintaining employee files. This position is 100% onsite M-F, 8AM-5PM. This position requires 4-6 years of experience in the HR field.
HR Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Facilitate various training programs for employees.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the human resources department.
- Maintain electronic files using various software packages, including Microsoft Office and an HRIS.
- Administer benefit plans and ensure their proper dissemination across departments.
- Oversee new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Foster excellent internal customer satisfaction through effective communication and attention to detail.
- Conduct auditing and background checks as part of recruiting activities.
- Use ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, About Time, and UKG Pro.
- Perform data analysis to support HR functions.
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now
- Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
- Knowledge of About Time software
- Ability to perform Auditing tasks
- Experience in conducting Background Checks
- Understanding of Benefit Functions
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proficiency in UKG Pro software
- Experience with Onboarding procedures
- Ability to perform Data Analysis
- Experience in Recruiting Activities
