Customer Care Specialist
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless support and satisfaction for both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, skilled communicator, and collaborator with a customer-first mindset.
3 month contract with possible extension

Required:
- 2+ years in a customer support role

responsibilities:
- Provides phone and email support to internal and external customers, ensuring prompt resolution of requests.
- Validates orders for accuracy, completeness, technical feasibility, and compliance with company requirements.
- Communicates order verification, delivery updates, product availability, and pricing throughout the ordering process.
- Reviews backlogs and manages shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Promotes platform usage through tailored interactions and provides personalized support.
- Proactively identifies issues requiring attention or escalation and drives resolution through appropriate channels.
- Understands customer needs holistically to provide effective solutions.
- Resolves complex orders and customer issues independently or via cross-functional collaboration, articulating resolutions clearly.
- Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., Technical Support, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Supports Regional Commercial teams and identifies sales leads for handoff to the sales team.
- Prepares and analyzes data for ad-hoc reports and decision-making purposes.
- Develops expertise in account management requirements and identifies opportunities to improve the customer experience.
- Participates in or leads short- and long-term projects as assigned.
- Provides dedicated support to key accounts or specific business areas.
- Attends customer visits to identify and address order-to-delivery process improvements.
- Applies company policies, practices, and procedures to exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
- Analyzes moderately complex problems requiring the review of multiple factors.
