We are in search of an Email Marketing Manager to be a part of our team in Los Angeles, California. The position focuses on overseeing all aspects of email marketing strategies focused on lead generation, including lifecycle and automation through HubSpot.

The individual will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from creating and executing marketing emails to managing large scale email campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute marketing emails through HubSpot to engage our customer base.
  • Manage email campaigns in a lead generation environment, handling large volumes of new leads (30,000-50,0000 per month)
  • Work with a substantial subscriber base, sending emails in batches for maximum engagement.
  • Set up and manage multiple emails per month, including fresh campaigns and replicating successful ones.
  • Analyze data, conduct A/B testing, and optimize subject lines to improve email performance.
  • Drive customer engagement through strategic email strategies after leads are generated.
  • Collaborate on SMS marketing initiatives for broader reach.
  • Work with creative teams for design elements of campaigns.
  • Set up, manage, and analyze marketing workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Track the performance of email campaigns on a regular basis.
  • Ensure emails are delivered without encountering spam issues.
  • Utilize tools such as HubSpot, Google Sheets, Glock apps, and Google Postmaster for performance tracking.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role or relevant field
  • Proficiency in executing Email Campaigns
  • Expertise in Email Marketing strategies and techniques
  • Familiarity with Email Marketing Platforms and their usage
  • Experience in creating and distributing Email Newsletters
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot for marketing operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and metrics
  • Demonstrated creativity and thoughtfulness in campaign development
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
