Warehouse associate Forklift Operator/ Picker/Packer

Nexeo HR is seeking a Forklift Operator/ Picker/Packer to work in our warehouse. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, a successful candidate will be responsible for the picking, packing and shipping of orders. Attention to detail is a must to ensure accurate and timely shipments of customer orders.

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack and ship orders from warehouse.

Scan items to ensure correct picking of goods.

Report damaged items & inventory discrepancies as necessary.

Securly pack orders to prevent damage in transport.

Periodical cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.

Put away of completed goods to pick bins.

Follow instructions from the Logistics Manager to ensure accuracy and timely shipping of orders.

Follow cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure a safe and organised workspace.

Working in other departments may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

Experience working in a warehouse environment or similar role.

Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.

Ability to take instruction and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to problem solve and adapt to a changing work environment.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
