Position: Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish) Salary: $20/hr Shift: 11:50 AM - 8:20 PM (Training: 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM for 5 weeks) Location: St Petersburg, FL
We are seeking a dedicated bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our diverse clientele, including salon chain accounts, independent stylists, and sales consultants. Position Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with customer accounts and the sales team to handle product inquiries, order processing, and management.
- Research and resolve complex issues using sound judgment and excellent follow-through within established guidelines.
- Deliver value-added services promptly and accurately to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional telephone and interpersonal skills.
- strong oral and written communication skills with good judgment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and/or SAP preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and inquiries with professionalism.
- Skilled in multitasking with a high attention to detail.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S. and be able to sit or stand for up to 8 hours.
