Mechanical Service Technician

salary: $56,000 - $65,000 per yearshift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment such as air compressors, HVAC systems, medical gas systems, and more.
- Support with building maintenance, including ceiling tiles, lighting systems, and plumbing.
- Assist with automation systems and processing equipment maintenance.
- Respond to after-hours emergencies and contribute to proposal creation and cost estimation.
- Travel between facilities as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; 7+ years in facilities or plant management.
- Minimum of 5 years in mechanical maintenance of a commercial building - not residential property.
- Proficiency in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
