Responsibilities- Enter and update data into company databases while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review data for errors and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in maintaining organized filing systems for digital and physical documents.
- Conduct regular audits of data to ensure integrity and compliance.
- Prepare reports and summaries based on data analysis as required.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline data management processes.
- Adhere to data privacy policies and confidentiality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data entry or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with database management is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with data privacy principles and practices is an advantage.
