Jr Tax Associate Attorney - LA, San Diego, Orange County

California Offices (Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego)

We are seeking a junior associate with 0-3 years of tax transactional experience to join our tax practice. This position would provide the candidate the opportunity to work on a variety of transactional tax transactions, including real estate, fund formation, and REITS.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Demonstrated interest in tax transactions, e.g., has taken partnership and other tax courses.
• Experience with partnership tax, investments funds, REITs, and/or real estate is preferred.
• A high level of academic achievement.
• Candidates currently pursuing an LL.M in Taxation are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.

The anticipates base salary range for this full-time role is $200,000 - $225,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
