Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Search

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Search to join our team located in Clearwater, Florida, 33765, United States. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and refining Google Ads campaigns for our clients in the dental industry.

You will use data to generate insights, manage a portfolio of clients, and collaborate closely with internal teams to align campaigns with client objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns, effectively managing budgets.
  • Work with internal teams such as the Account Management and creative team to communicate campaign results and suggest strategies.
  • Lead campaign strategy and management, including the analysis and refinement of targeting, bidding strategies, and ad copy to meet client KPIs.
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and insights that can be acted upon.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to create high-performing ad copy and visuals.
  • Generate detailed performance reports and present findings to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, Google Ads updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to expand campaigns or introduce new strategies based on data insights.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to entry level team members in paid search best practices. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud is required.
  • Must have experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of CRM software is necessary.
  • Familiarity with Facebook Insights is a must.
  • Experience with Google Ads is required.
  • Must have a strong understanding of AB Testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to create effective advertisements.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools for performance tracking.
  • Experience in blogging is required.
  • Must have a proven track record of increasing brand awareness.
