Overview:
Full time 40 hours/week | Days
Provides analytical and project management support functions to the Dialysis management team. Anticipates the need for and provides data and information relevant to the assigned work area. Enhances operational and financial performance within the department by exercising independent judgment in the identification of key trends, implementation of problem resolution, and providing recommendations.Monitor expense and capital budgets for cost centers and prepare appropriate analytical reports. Assist in data collection for project development and/or document generation. Maintain time and attendance records via the KRONOS System. The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to achieve the organization's mission of excellent patient care and nursing's vision of setting a new standard of excellence in autonomous and accountable nursing practice committed to patient advocacy and innovative patient care in a climate of trust and collaboration
Qualifications:
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
High school or equivalent education required, AA or AS degree preferred. At least 3-5 years of progressive secretarial/administrative experience including project management responsibilities. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other computer applications.Basic knowledge of general accounting principles, including purchasing and budgeting required. Must demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work under minimal supervision required. Must be able to work both independently and/or within a team-oriented environment using appropriate CQI tools.
Required to work in an environment where access to and control of confidential information is of a high priority.
