Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Insurance Agency Training Manager to join our team in Toledo, Ohio. As a critical member of the management team, you will play a key role in growing and developing our insurance professionals. You’ll be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and driving the success of our agents, ensuring they meet their personal and professional goals.
Responsibilities:
- Training & Development:
- Implement training programs for new and experienced agents.
- Conduct regular workshops, one-on-one coaching sessions, and team-building activities.
- Develop and maintain training materials and resources.
- Sales Leadership:
- Partner with agents to set and achieve sales goals.
- Provide guidance on client acquisition, relationship management, and product recommendations.
- Track performance metrics and provide actionable feedback.
- Team Management:
- Collaborate with the management team to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Act as a mentor and role model, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new agents.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales, training, or management.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve their best performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with insurance products, client relationship management, and industry best practices.
- State insurance license (or ability to obtain one within 60 days).
- Proficiency with technology and CRM systems is a plus.
- Compensation is highly customizable, and should be discussed directly with the onboarding manager.
