Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects that will support the team in reaching established goals and objectives directly relating to the success of the business.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gain understanding of the product development process from working with internal cross-function teams (R&D, Product Marketing, Global Supply Chain, etc.) and third part manufacturers
- Learn how to visually present product concepts
- Learn how to valuate textures and how to communicate product aesthetic
- Track and evaluate all new competitive skincare products
- Track key trends and participate in brainstorming concepts around new techniques
- Create trend report for seasonable skincare trends to incorporate into future formulas/programs
- Assist in preparing competitive formula evaluation charts to help showcase white space opportunities for the brand
- Assist with preparing samples for evaluations and for creative requests

Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving skills
- Capable of working in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
