Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Overview:

Renuity is seeking an experienced Sr. TA Coordinator who provides a crucial role in managing the hiring process from beginning to end. They utilize their previous knowledge and expertise in the Talent process to drive best practices and innovative thinking to ensure there is an effective talent acquisition strategy.

The Sr. Recruiting coordinator supports the recruiting team in attracting and evaluating candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and overseeing the entirety of the pre-hire process.

What You'll Do:

  • Developing and Implementing recruiting strategies:
  • Assist with identifying issues affecting recruitment and implementing recruitment activities to continuously improve process.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of recruitment, employment, HRSC, compensation, benefits, pay administration, and other related organizational policies, practices, procedures, and/or regulations.
  • Participate and provide analytical support in design, development, and implementation of recruitment projects and programs.
  • Provide support for recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others.
  • Serve as resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others.

Administrative support:

  • Support senior managers in scheduling, tracking, and coordinating recruitment processes.
  • Handle and prioritize multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative, specifically for high level, corporate roles.
  • Is a liaison for all new HC requests and assignments of requests.

Job postings:

  • Review job descriptions for accuracy.
  • Review all request forms for accuracy and ensure each role fits into the allotted budgets.
  • Post all approved roles in the ATS and assign a recruiter(s).

Pre-hire:

  • Manage all pre-hire tasks including but not limited to: running background and MVR checks, preparing travel arrangements, first day communications, etc.
  • Maintain candidate activity and other key metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure the candidate is provided with the appropriate communications regarding next steps and expectations throughout the pre-hire process.

Other:

  • Attend job fairs and other community outreach events as requested.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to support candidate volume or overflow.

What You'll Bring:

  • Preferred bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a recruiting or coordinator role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems, and candidate management systems.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment best practices.
