Job Title: Polling Station Assistant
We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a one-day assignment as a Polling Station Assistant for our Local Homeowners Association. It's important to note that this is not a government election but a private community voting process to decide on pertinent HOA matters.
The working hours are from 7AM to 5:30PM, with sporadic breaks as and when the voter line dwindles. Your primary role will be to manage the polling station and assist community members as they come in to vote. You will be responsible for operating a straightforward computer system, guiding voters on how to cast their vote using the system.
Ideal candidates must be proficient in basic computer operations, have excellent interpersonal skills, and uphold the integrity and confidentiality of the voting process. Interested candidates should understand the importance of neutrality and unbiased behavior in this position.Experience in similar positions is a plus, but not essential.
