How you make a difference:

The Psychologist provides individual and group psychotherapy, conducts psychological evaluations and psychological testing, develops and implements behavior management plans, provides employee education, and participates in treatment team meetings and quality assurance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Psychological Evaluations and Testing: Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and evaluations to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Behavior Management: Develop and implement behavior management plans, oversee data collection on target behaviors, and ensure effective intervention strategies.
  • Supervision and Training: Train and supervise psychology interns, residents, and students, while providing education to the broader clinical team as needed.
  • Documentation and Quality Assurance: Perform timely and professional documentation of services, participate in quality assurance reviews, and ensure compliance with professional standards and facility procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

  • Required: Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical psychology from an accredited college or university.

Experience:

  • Required: Psychology internship and postdoctoral residency completed.
  • Preferred: Two (2) years' relevant experience.
  • Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

License:

  • Required: Current license as a psychologist in the state of practice.
