Forklift Operator/ Gen Labor
Location: Marysville, OH
Shift: 1st Shift Only
Pay Rate: $22 - $25 per hour

We are looking for both a Forklift Operator/Truck Driver and General Laborer to help ensure the smooth operations of our warehouse.
Position 1: Forklift Operator / Truck Driver
Job Description:We are seeking a Forklift Operator/Truck Driver who has experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts and can drive a box truck (no CDL required). This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail and a focus on safety in all warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials and inventory.
- Drive a box truck for local deliveries and pickups (No CDL required).
- Load and unload products safely, ensuring accurate shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Forklift experience (sit-down and stand-up forklifts).
- Ability to drive a box truck (no CDL required).
- Prior warehouse or forklift experience preferred.
- Strong attention to safety and organization.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Position 2: General Laborer
Job Description:We are also hiring General Laborers for a variety of tasks in our warehouse. If you are looking for a fast-paced job that involves teamwork, flexibility, and a hands-on approach to operations, this role is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading products from trucks.
- Help organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
- Perform general labor tasks such as sorting, packing, and cleaning.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (training will be provided).
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Support the team with various tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous general labor or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work in a team setting and independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
