Job Description - Position Summary
This role will assist the Meeting Planning Manager with the development of meeting planning tools, technology, guidelines and other related processes that relate specifically to Clinical Meetings. They will provide assistance in Project Management and provide leadership to meeting planners in the conduct of meeting logistics in addition to providing guidance to meeting planners on compliance and global OEC meeting-related guidance with HCPs.
Position Requirements- Strong oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Advertising/Communications or Hospitality Industry is a preferred plus
- 3+ years direct experience in Pharma meeting planning.
- BA/and BS Required
- Detail Oriented/Team Oriented
