As a Production Associate, you will be a key player in our manufacturing process, ensuring smooth and efficient production. You will work alongside a dedicated team to assemble products according to established procedures and quality standards, contributing directly to the success of our company.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Production:
  • Operate and maintain power hand tools and equipment used in the production process.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, optimizing space utilization.
  • Quality Control:
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Perform inventory counts to ensure adherence to high quality standards for audits.
  • Teamwork & Communication:
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Assist with other operations as needed.
  • Warehouse Operations (Optional):
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment (e.g., forklift, clamp lift).
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Required:
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and complete a medical health questionnaire.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation, including:
  • Standing for prolonged periods.
  • Handling various parts for assembly.
  • Walking distances.
  • Reaching at waist level.
  • Pushing/pulling, grasping/squeezing/pinching parts.
  • Fine motor dexterity and ability to use air tools.
  • Reaching overhead, at shoulder, knee, and floor level.
  • Bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders or stairs.
  • Pivoting, twisting, extending, and rotating the neck.
  • Using vibratory tools.
  • Handling and lifting packages up to 90 pounds.
  • Working on and around heavy machinery in a loud environment.
  • Following work rules, using judgment, and working quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines, even under stressful conditions.
  • Working independently and maintaining attention and concentration.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
  • Preferred:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience on a production line and in a warehouse environment, including shipping and receiving.
  • Forklift and clamp lift operation skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
