The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR department in various administrative and clerical tasks, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and responding to employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing paperwork, scheduling orientations, and coordinating training sessions
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews
  • Handle basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Assist in organizing HR events, meetings, and company-wide communications
  • Process HR-related documentation, such as payroll changes, leave requests, and other employee data updates
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles
  • Familiarity with HR software (e.g., ADP, Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly
