Location Services Specialist

The Location Services Specialist will be actively involved in various tasks ranging from managing office activities to maintaining office supplies and equipment.

• Assist in the setup, tear down, and cleaning of catered meals
• Maintain coffee areas, dishwashers, and setup afternoon snacks
• Handle administrative tasks including front desk responsibilities
• Provide support to ensure the office runs efficiently
• Interact with building management, vendors, internal and external clients, and other support service team members
• Collaborate with the Location Services Manager or Supervisor to ensure the location is safe, well-maintained, and clean
• Maintain office equipment and supplies, including furniture, phones, security cards, and other supplies
• Actively contribute to the firm culture through participation in internal and client-facing activities
• Maintain professionalism in demeanor, conversation, and dress
• Manage multiple tasks and projects with strong attention to detail and effective time management skills. • Proven experience in customer service roles.
• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software.
• Understanding of basic security measures.
• Experience in dealing with vendors.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Strong proofreading skills.
• Experience with scale-out operations.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Knowledge about snack preparation and management.
• Experience with Mindset Software.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as tearing and dishwashing.
• Knowledge of QA Management principles.
• Proven experience in support services.
