Job Description
The successful ERP Specialist / ERP Business Analyst will be responsible for the day to say support of the organizations internal manufacturing ERP system!
You will support end users, troubleshoot and resolves issues, work on documentation and end user training, whilst collaborating with the ERP team to help ensure the continued success and growth of the IT & ERP team across the organization. The Successful Applicant
The successful ERP Specialist / ERP Business Analyst candidate will have:
- 3+ years ERP experience (This company uses a manufacturing ERP system called Aptean, but any ERP is fine)
- SQL experience
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience troubleshooting, helping users and stakeholders
