Area Charge Nurse (Lawrenceville Area)

Responsibilities- Ability to travel to ASC locations throughout listed Regions
- Answer questions that patients or staff might have
- Resolve patient needs by utilizing a multidisciplinary team strategy
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Ensure the safety of patients and staff by adhering to infection control policies and protocols.
- Make sure medical and administrative equipment works well.
- Check that emergency equipment is ready and follow maintenance schedules.
- Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, ask for repairs when needed, keep an inventory of equipment, and review options for new equipment.
- Responsible for direction of patient care in the ambulatory care setting
