Job Description
The main responsibilities for the Manufacturing Manager include:
- Ensuring production targets for volume, quality, and efficiency are met by implementing effective methods and maintaining optimal staffing levels.
- Developing and implementing strategic action plans and performance metrics to enhance Quality, Delivery, and Service levels.
- Leading and mentoring teams using a hands-on approach, cultivating an environment of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Coordinating and integrating operational support groups to align tactical and strategic planning with company objectives.
- Driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working cross functioning with engineers, maintenance, supply chain, quality, production, etc.
- Designing and executing training programs that build technical skills, enhance workforce development, and support long-term business needs.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Manufacturing Manager should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Strategy Deployment and LEAN principles.
- Proven ability to train, develop, and motivate manufacturing teams at all levels.
