Join AZAD as a Business Systems Analyst and
provide
business systems architecture expertise and support to the Operational Excellence and Compliance organization within an enterprise level regional utility.
This individual will provide serve as a point of contact and technical resource for the organization's Microsoft Project, SharePoint and PowerBI by providing recommendations regarding the most effective use of the applications with other business systems.This position will support transformational initiatives as well as desk-level improvement initiatives, and day-to-day operational and maintenance work within the business unit.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Vancouver, WA with onsite 1 - 2 days weekly.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $54.00 - $59.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The ideal candidate must possess the minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, business systems, or a closely related field is preferred.5 years of experience is required with a bachelor's degree in applicable fields.
7 years of experience is required with an associate's degree in applicable fields.
9 years of experience is required without a degree in applicable fields.
Experience should be consistent with the specific requirements of business systems analysis, project management, and/or business analysis, and progressively more technical in nature.
3 years of advanced or Expert level knowledge/experience in SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, Nintex Forms and Workflows, or Microsoft Project and Project Web Application.
1 year of advanced knowledge of and practical experience in Power BI.
1 year of experience in automating with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
1 year of experience working with Microsoft O365 applications.
1 year of experience working with Windows 11 desktop systems.
Familiarity with Data Modeling and Design.
Familiarity with Data Management and Reporting tools:
SQLSSMS (SQL Server Management Studio)
