Job Summary:
As a Critical Care Transport RN, you will manage the care of critically ill patients during interfacility transports or emergency evacuations. You will ensure continuity of care and stabilize patients during transport.
Responsibilities:
- Provide critical care during patient transport to maintain stable conditions.
- Work with EMS teams to implement advanced care protocols.
- Ensure transport equipment is operational and prepared for emergencies.
- Document and communicate patient conditions to receiving medical teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of critical care or ED nursing experience.
- Certifications: NJ RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS).
