Career Transition is supporting a high growth, precision machining shop located in SW Michigan. The company has an on-site opening on their team for a Senior Accountant.

The ideal Senior Accountant has a Finance and Accounting background gained in a manufacturing environment, and a passion for working collaboratively to achieve company objectives.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities and qualifications include:

Oversee receivables and payables to ensure accuracy.
Experience with bank records and general ledger maintenance.
Prepare and present financial statements.
Assist with budgets, audits and forecasting.
Assist with month end and quarterly closings.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience with ERP systems required, PLEX a plus
