About the Role:

The Recruiter is responsible for interviewing, testing, and referring applicants for sales, clerical, technical, administrative, and management positions throughout the company. This position must possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques, a good knowledge of all clerical and specialized functions in the company, a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure, as well as an extensive knowledge policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new recruiting sources for identifying active and passive candidates including advertising social media direct contact employee referrals employment agencies and job fairs
  • Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Establish Company as a recognizable employer of choice and develop reputation of Company in local communities
  • Ensure candidates are moved through the hiring process in a timely manner
  • Represent Company at job fairs and local recruiting events
  • Screen candidates for candidate background education skills and fit with the company against job requirements
  • Participate in special projects and administrative duties as directed

Education and Experience:

  • 2-3 years professional sales recruiting experience in a corporate environment OR in a staffing agency
  • Experience using an ATS or CRM preferred
  • Proficient in Google Suite products
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
