Job Summary:
- Responsible for operation of all functions of the switchboard, channeling calls, data entry, coordinating emergency calls, and assisting in communication between staff via telephone, walkie-talkies, etc.
- Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support for Human Resources and other departments within the Center upon need.
- Responsible for the efficient flow of correspondence and other materials relative to department and Center business, typing, filing, and other general clerical duties.
- Serves as the Center Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Works diligently to achieve goals, minimize risk, and ensure the safety of self and others.
- Gathers information, makes decisions and develops solutions/improvements where necessary.
- Completes assigned duties in a timely and accurate manner.
- Make employee badges.
- Place lunch orders.
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service to callers
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments or individuals
- Take accurate messages when necessary

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Preferred AA Degree in related field.
- Two (2) years experience working in a clerical/secretarial position in front office healthcare setting preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of word processing software applications and office practices.
