The Role:As an Energy Industry Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving transformational initiatives within the energy industry, focusing on Downstream, Upstream, or Midstream operations. You will lead client engagements, foster trusted relationships with industry leaders, and provide strategic guidance on complex business challenges.
We are particularly seeking individuals with experience in Downstream Mobility Retail and those who bring consulting and sales origination expertise.
The Work:As a Senior Manager, you will:
- Lead client engagements in the energy sector, delivering innovative solutions across Downstream, Upstream, and Midstream operations.
- Drive transformation initiatives in areas such as refining and petrochemical operations, supply chain optimization, energy management, trading and risk management, and mobility retail solutions.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to develop and implement strategies that address critical business challenges and achieve measurable results.
- Build and manage client relationships, identifying and driving opportunities for business development and revenue growth.
- Lead project teams to deliver value-driven proposals and operational improvements aligned with client objectives.
- Provide leadership in areas such as digital front office transformation, customer experience enhancement, and energy transition initiatives within Downstream Retail.
- Develop thought leadership and contribute to Accenture’s market presence by publishing industry insights and innovative solutions.
- Mentor and guide consulting teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and high performance.
- Support Accenture’s growth agenda by contributing to sales origination, pipeline development, and deal closure.
