Sales Support

Our client in Strip District is looking for a candidate for a contract to hire opportunity for a Customer Service / Sales Support Representative. This is fully onsite and hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Pay: $15 -18

Responsibilities:

• Main goal will be supporting our sales department to ensure customer satisfaction
• Help maintain customer relationships
• Extensive telephone and email support
• Sales Responsibility - Sales order entry, customer communications
• Processing customer returns and credits
• Assisting other areas within company as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous successful experience in sales environment or customer service
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem solving and time management skills
• College degree preferred but not required
• Computer proficiency and ecommerce knowledge is essential
• ERP software experience

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
• Experience with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) is necessary
• Demonstrated skills in CRM usage is essential
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is expected
• Knowledge in ERP Solutions is a must
• Experience with About Time software is preferred
• Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls efficiently is required
• Prior experience in Auditing is a plus
• Understanding of Billing Functions is essential
• Excellent Communication skills are crucial
