Healthcare IT Service Desk Analyst

Job Summary:

Support healthcare professionals by resolving technical issues in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment. Ensure seamless operation of hospital information systems while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage support requests and provide timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of activities and solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot and optimize system performance.
  • Handle system issues related to PACS, EPIC, and other hospital IT systems.

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting radiologists or working in a hospital environment is required.
  • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems like IIS, HIS, and PACS.
  • Strong typing and documentation skills (40+ WPM).

Background in service desk operations preferred.
