We are seeking a short term contract Administrative Assistant to become part of an engineering/manufacturing team based in Goleta, California. The role centers around providing quality customer service, handling inbound calls, and maintaining accurate data records.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond to inbound calls in a detail oriented manner

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in efficiently and courteously answering inbound calls
  • Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on courtesy and problem-solving
  • Proficiency in data entry, with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring clear and detail-oriented communication
  • Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, and task management
  • Ability to create and edit presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating and editing documents
  • Experience in effectively scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
