Our client is a multi-faceted GC/CM with an Owner's rep and design/build arms. Extremely strong pipeline of long-term public work (education, DOT, municipal) with some projects up to 4 years and $80M. Culture is strong with a great emphasis on tenure (15 year average tenure).
Job Description- Coordinate and supervise trade contractors and site activities to ensure quality and timely project completion.
- Maintain daily logs, job meeting minutes, as-built documents, and close-out records.
- Address and resolve construction challenges, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Lead weekly progress meetings and maintain open communication with all stakeholders.
- Implement and uphold quality control and safety procedures.

The Successful Applicant- 10+ years experience on large scale, ground up public projects up to $80M
- Familiarity with Procore
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a focus on team collaboration.
- OSHA 30 certification is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training are a plus.
