We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Attorney with our law firm client based in Los Angeles, California. The role involves supporting the overall firm's operations remotely by utilizing various skills such as case management software, document management, briefing and more.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough and detailed commercial litigation
• Keep track of billables using iManage software
• Perform extensive legal research to support case preparation
• Draft discovery documents, motions and other legal documents as required
• Handle claim administration and complaint resolution efficiently
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and other document management tools to maintain organized and updated case files
• Use your experience in civil litigation to provide expert legal advice
• Manage the overall case using case management software
• Leverage your skills in conveyancing in relevant cases
• Handle consumer electronics related cases when required.
• Must possess a detail-oriented law degree (JD) and be an active member of the bar
• Proven experience as a Commercial Litigation Attorney
• Proficiency in 3M and Adobe Acrobat
• Familiarity with case management software and conveyancer
• Expertise in document management
• Strong briefing and civil litigation skills
• Experience in claim administration and complaint handling
• Knowledge of consumer electronics would be advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong research skills and the ability to understand and interpret complex legal documents
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to high ethical standards
• Must possess excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
