Job Description- Oversee all construction activities on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient work flow
- Develop and implement project schedules and timelines
- Monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and resources
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and communicate project progress and updates
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among project staff
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess progress and quality of work

The Successful Applicant- Extensive experience overseeing construction projects in commercial construction
- Experience managing large field teams
- Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Proficient in coordinating with various stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Experienced in managing complex budgets, resources, and timelines
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize safety and security protocols essential for construction operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of effectively leading project teams and interfacing with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in commercial construction and infrastructure
