Position Overview
CNC Operator & Programmer
Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machines based on engineering drawings and specificationsUtilize CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software to generate tool paths for machining operations
Ensure production of quality parts
Key Responsibilities
Technical Proficiency: Ability to develop & optimize CNC programs for various machines based on engineering drawings and specifications, while utilizing CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software.
Mechanical Proficiency: Set up CNC machines, including loading raw materials, securing workpieces, and selecting appropriate tooling.Attention to Detail & Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts to verify conformance to design specifications along with inspecting product geometry using various measuring tools.
Safety and Cleanliness Standards: Commitment to safety and production requirements while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
QualificationsPrevious CNC & programming experience preferred.
1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
Familiar with CNC mills and lathes.
Solidworks & Mach3 CAD/CAM software experience a plus.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Experience working with tight tolerance parts.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and can work independently with minimal guidance, as well as in a team setting.

1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:00 am
