This established GC specializes in large-scale, ground-up retail construction, delivering high-quality projects for some of the biggest names in the industry. With a strong pipeline of work, they are looking for a Project Manager who can drive projects efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality and safety standards.

• Manage ground-up big box retail projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Lead project teams, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.

• 5+ years of experience managing ground-up retail construction projects.
• Strong background in big box retail builds (Aldi, Publix, Walmart, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of South Florida building codes and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools.
