Location: Mountain View, CAPay: $40 - $50/hour (negotiable, based on experience and certifications)
Shift: M-F, 7:30am - 4:00pm (+/- 30 mins)
What you will be doing:
- Coordinating and supporting Medical Staff functions including committee and meeting support, credentialing support, focused professional practice evaluation, ongoing professional practice evaluation, continuing medical education, expirable process, and verifications.
- Provides general office support to maintain Medical Staff Services operations.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Credentials Coordinator or Medical Staff Coordinator
- 2 years of previous administrative assistant experience with considerable knowledge of modern office practice, procedures, and equipment.
- Certifications: CPCS, CPMSM
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based programs.
