Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with end-users to identify needs for enhancements or new tools.
• Analyze information requirements and create an action plan to meet those requirements.
• Write, test, and debug computer software for various projects.
• Extract and report data as necessary to support decision-making processes.
• Assist in the development of project schedules and ensure their execution.
• Maintain installed software systems to ensure their proper functioning and efficiency.
• Provide timely support to end-users as needed, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have.
• Use your knowledge of .NET, Microsoft Azure, Agile Scrum, and API Development to develop and implement software solutions.
• Utilize your skills in Azure SQL Database and IT project management to lead projects and perform programming tasks.
• Act as a mentor to other developers, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development, specifically within a .NET environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Agile Scrum, .NET, API Development and Azure SQL Database.
• Strong IT project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and ability to apply them in practice.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor and develop a team of developers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is highly desirable.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure or .NET would be considered an asset.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, testers and product owners.
• Familiarity with modern application design principles, practices, and technologies.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions based on data.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
