Are you looking to get your foot in the door with a well-established, financial institution? Our well known and prestigious financial client is seeking for a Data Entry Clerk to join a dynamic and growing team. Schedule: M-F 7:30am-4pm. On-site 100% Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence regarding Transfer Agency and Proxy Voting Validate spreadsheets (non-financial) Process Image Rejects and validate content on Tran star, comparing spreadsheets against mail Audit data related to Shareholder Investments and Monthly Contributions Obtain evidence of requests through supporting documentation Use systems such as Tran Star (Oracle), TA Workflow, Money Manager, Kofax (Citrix), SharePoint, Update various reports Qualifications: Data Entry and MS Office Skills Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills; thorough attention to details; ability to prioritize and multitask and recognize the importance of deadlines High school diploma or equivalent required

salary: $17.75/hr

work hours: 7:30AM to 4:00PM
