We (Our Client) is currently on a hunt for an Assistant Director of Nursing to join their team in Moorestown, NJ.
Here are your existing responsibilities !!- You will perform other assigned administrative duties such as on-call supervision as directed by the Director of Nursing.
- You will Complete daily rounds for the purpose of supervision of nursing practices and their compliance.
- You will provide to DON any and all reports requested pertaining to infection control, employee health, orientation, sanitation and risk management.
- You will assure that the facility is in compliance with CDC, OSHA and local regulations concerning infection control, maintaining proper protocol and policy for exposure testing.
We would love to hear from you if :
- You hold NJ RN Licensure.
- You must have 5 years of experience in an LTC.
- You must have 1 year of experience in Supervisory.
