About the Role:

You will play a key role in developing and executing visually compelling designs across various platforms, contributing to marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and internal communications.

Responsibilities:

• Print Design: Create visually appealing layouts for brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, marketing collateral, and other print materials, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Digital Design: Design engaging graphics for websites, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, online advertising, and other digital channels, optimizing for user experience and platform specifications.
• Motion/Video Design: Develop and animate graphics for video content, including social media videos, explainer videos, website animations, and other motion graphics projects, utilizing relevant software and techniques. This may include basic video editing and post-production.
• Branding: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to understand project requirements, develop creative concepts, and deliver high-quality designs that meet objectives.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in relevant design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Adaptability: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of creating successful designs across print, digital, and motion/video platforms. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of relevant work is essential.
• Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
