Sr. Staff Accountant

This role is crucial to our team, as it ensures the smooth operation of our financial activities. This opportunity offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. The

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of cash flow and provide real-time updates
• Maintain and reconcile various accounts by preparing General Ledger entries
• Contribute to the timely completion of month-end processes
• Manage the preparation of yearly 1099’s
• Compile reports as per the requirements
• Participate in special projects as required
• Utilize software such as NetSuite, Oracle, Quickbooks, and SAP for various accounting tasks
• Handle tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ensure accuracy in bank reconciliations and journal entries
• Oversee the month-end close process to ensure timely completion.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficient in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skilled in performing Bank Reconciliations
• Solid understanding of General Ledger management
• Experience in preparing and maintaining Journal Entries
• Expertise in managing Month End Close
• Proficiency in using NetSuite for financial management
• Experience with Oracle for financial reporting and analysis
• Familiarity with QuickBooks for accounting purposes
• Knowledge of SAP for enterprise resource planning.
