Experienced Lead Carpenter

public works or government projects is preferred.

• Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites, including but not limited to rough framing, doors and windows, concrete formwork, and finish carpentry
• Follow blueprint and building plans
• Lead small teams to accomplish carpentry needs on construction sites
• Install structures and fixtures, help erect, level and install building framework
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
• Operate hand and power tools of all types

• Experience in Commercial construction and in public works or government projects
• Quality Control implementation
• Flexible schedule
• Leadership skills

• 5+ years Carpentry experience at a journeyman level
• Must be able to follow and enforce a safe work environment
• Must be able to read and follow blueprints and building plans
• Experience and ability to run small carpentry crews
• Clean Driving Record and Valid WA Driver's License
• Successful Background Check
• Proper attire as needed for safety, weather and job conditions

• Pay Range $38-$45 an hour, DOE (Typically 40%+ of our projects are prevailing wage)
