We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sales Support role within our team. This role is based in Plano, Texas, and operates within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The primary function of this role is to provide support to the sales team, manage the sales process, and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the sales team by managing the sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Handle inbound sales phone calls, web leads, and webchat for lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Marketing teams on lead generation and sales strategies.
  • Utilize CRM system effectively to track and monitor personal and lead activity, dashboards, and reports.
  • Prepare and present appropriate sales proposals to potential and existing customers.
  • Act as a product expert by providing up-to-date product information to customers.
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Respond timely and accurately to all sales leads and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Plan daily sales activities including phone, email, and chat communication with customers.
  • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed. • Proven experience in a sales support role or similar.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Strong ability to handle and effectively respond to inbound calls.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrable experience in inside sales.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
  • High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on departmental goals.
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks as required.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and principles.
