This role sits within the industry of enterprise software systems and would suit someone with a strong background in system operations, maintenance, and IT configurations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IT teams and business units to ensure the highest service levels are met and maintained
• Handle the operations and support of critical business systems, ensuring that they are always ready to go
• Provide advice and mentorship to tier 1 support while also providing tier 2-3 production support of enterprise applications
• Deploy tools and automations to enhance system monitoring, patching, and performance, ensuring they meet performance and compliance guidelines
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including configuration, inventory, procedures, knowledgebase articles, and checklists
• Support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, patching and configuration changes of enterprise systems, applications, services, and environments to meet ongoing business needs and ensure secure, reliable service
• Assist with application-specific integrations, data exchange, import/export, and reporting tools
• Stay current with industry trends through education, research, certification, professional publications, peer networks and/or professional organizations
• Support the onboarding of new or existing enterprise business systems into the operational portfolio, including M& A consolidations and data migrations. • Proficiency in business systems, patching, and IT configurations
• Experience in system monitoring and documentation
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, HRMS, HCM, and MRP System
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Systems Analyst
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
